Home Renovations in Nashville, TN
Make the house work the way it should have from the start.
Renovation is different from remodeling. Remodeling changes finishes; renovation changes how the house functions — better flow, more light, usable storage, and systems that aren't forty years old.

A lot of Nashville's housing stock is worth renovating. Solid framing, good lots, and floor plans that were right for 1955 and wrong for now.
We start by figuring out what's worth keeping, then build the plan around that.

Home Renovations questions we get asked
Renovation or new build — which makes sense?
If the foundation, framing, and roof structure are sound and you like the lot, renovating is almost always the better value. We'll give you a straight answer after seeing the house.
How do I know if a wall can come out?
We check the framing direction above it, the load path down to the foundation, and pull an engineer in when it's not obvious. Never assume a wall is non-structural because it's short.
Will renovating hurt an older home's character?
Not if it's done deliberately. We preserve original trim profiles, doors, and details where they matter and modernize what's behind the walls.
