Decks & Outdoor Living in Nashville, TN
Decks built for Tennessee weather and Tennessee summers.
A deck lives outside year-round, so the parts you don't see matter most: footing depth, ledger flashing, joist hangers, and fastener choice.

We build to code, then finish it so it looks like part of the house instead of an add-on.

Decks & Outdoor Living questions we get asked
Composite or wood?
Composite costs more up front and almost nothing to maintain. Pressure-treated costs less and needs cleaning and sealing every couple of years. We'll walk you through both for your budget.
Do decks need a permit in Nashville?
Usually yes, especially anything attached to the house or above a certain height. We handle the permit as part of the job.
How long does a deck take to build?
Most decks take one to two weeks once materials are on site, plus permit and inspection time.
