Luxury Bathroom Remodeling in Nashville, TN

Every luxury bath is a waterproofing project first.

Curbless showers, large-format stone, steam, and heated floors all raise the stakes on what's behind the tile. At this level a waterproofing failure isn't a repair, it's a demolition.

Luxury Bathroom Remodeling questions we get asked

Is a curbless shower harder to build?

Meaningfully, yes. The floor has to be recessed or built up to establish slope, and the waterproofing has to extend well beyond the wet zone. It's worth doing properly or not at all.

Do steam showers need special construction?

Yes — a sealed enclosure, sloped ceiling, vapor-tight waterproofing, and a dedicated generator location. We plan all of it during rough-in.

How long does a primary bath at this level take?

Typically 6 to 10 weeks, driven by stone fabrication and cure times more than by labor.
